This template is used to populate the Device Infobox with information about an audio card. See Creative Sound Blaster Pro 2 for example use. As this template sits inside an infobox, it can be combined with other templates in the case of multi-function devices.

| Model = Value |
Text value of the device model number, such as CT1350B.
|
| Full duplex = Value |
Boolean value indicating whether the card can record and play audio at the same time. Yes if it can, No if it can't record while playing audio, or Unknown.
|
| Max sample rate = Value |
Maximum sampling rate of audio playback. Specify a value with a unit, such as 44.1 kHz
