The "TV card input at 50 Hz" part is a bit ambigous. I guess it means that only PAL consoles will profit from being played on LCDs? D1stortion (talk) 04:53, 24 February 2013 (EST)

You may be right, covering this issue might be better in a different article. It means that 50 Hz is no limit for a LCD at all and there are applications where this is really useful. For a CRT it is usually obvious that 50 Hz is supported. Applications are for emulators for any console or computer that has originally PAL output. And of course real PAL signal representation.Enigma (talk) 10:18, 24 February 2013 (EST)

I think I got the point so far, but where would the stutter normally come from when both LCDs and CRTs are perfectly fine with 50Hz? AFAIK games that stuttered were simpy badly optimized (cf. letterbox). D1stortion (talk) 12:51, 24 February 2013 (EST)
