The "TV card input at 50 Hz" part is a bit ambigous. I guess it means that only PAL consoles will profit from being played on LCDs? D1stortion (talk) 04:53, 24 February 2013 (EST)
You may be right, covering this issue might be better in a different article. It means that 50 Hz is no limit for a LCD at all and there are applications where this is really useful. For a CRT it is usually obvious that 50 Hz is supported. Applications are for emulators for any console or computer that has originally PAL output.
