The Sound Blaster 16 Prelude is a budget card based on the Vibra 16C chip. This was one of the first cards to introduce CQM synthesis, replacing Yamaha's OPL3 chip.

This card also has a 3-pin "MIC_CONN" connector, the pinout and purpose for which are unknown.
