I know this is only optional in the GM spec, still it is one of the main points beside sample quality for the music playback.

-*The FX Toolkit program has a lot of choice and configuration for effects.  I will have to get it up and running and grab a screenshot.  It is also possible to send sysex commands to configure effects (ie for DOS games).
