== Expansion RAM ==

This card uses S416270DJ-06 RAM chips. This is a 256k x 16-bit 60ns 5V EDO chip<ref>http://planetgeek.net/micronusa.htm</ref>, in a 40-pin SOJ package. Suitable chips can be found on eBay by searching for 256Kx16 memory chips and confirming they are of the correct package type and 60ns or faster.
